Buying Our Beef Is SIMPLE!

  1. Make your selection for a quarter, half, whole beef share.
  2. We sell you the beef share you have chosen.
  3. Our prices include ALL expenses, there are no hidden fees!
  4. Your beef will be transported to the meat processor by our mobile butcher.
  5. The butcher will contact you for your specific cut instructions.
  6. You can pick up your meat from the butcher or we can arrange to meet you at one of our many delivery locations.

Beef Share Pricing

We offer Quarters, Halves, and Whole shares of beef. All custom shares can contain a mix of premium cuts from the entire beef. They include; Brisket, Rib Eyes, New York Strip, Sirloin Steaks, Tenderloins, Skirt & Flat Iron Steaks, Chuck Roasts, Stir Fry Meat, Osso Bucco, Short Ribs, and Ground beef.

Tenderloins are cut approximately 2 inches thick. All other steaks are cut between 1"-1 1/4" thick. Roasts are usually 3-4 lbs each. Ground beef is packaged in 1 lb packages and is between 80-90% lean.

Organ meats and bones are available upon request only.
